nReach is an Internet banking administrative tool designed to enable banks offering nFront's nHome Internet banking solution to query their Internet banking databases in order to generate lists of customers meeting bank defined criteria. Using nReach to segment targeted customer groups, the bank may then distribute customized marketing information and other types of useful information to selected customers automatically via email through the nReach system.
Banks interested in retaining or increasing Internet accounts might use nReach to:
- advise customers of maturing CDs or loans, and recommend product options
- encourage use of available line-of-credit balances or inactive checking and savings accounts
- alert customers to new products and services designed to meet their specific needs
- cross sell additional bank products and services
- announce branch openings and other bank sponsored events in their area
