nFront Announces Latest Upgrades to nBusiness Service

-- New version adds powerful Internet banking capabilities for business customers of financial institutions --

ATLANTA, July 7, 1999 - nFront™, Inc. (Nasdaq: NFNT), the leading provider of full-service Internet banking services for small- to medium-size financial institutions as exclusively endorsed by the American Bankers Association (ABA) and winner of Microsoft Corporation's Best Internet Banking Solution Award, today announced major upgrades to its nBusiness™ service.

nBusiness provides business customers of financial institutions with customized cash management solutions via the Internet. The upgraded version of nBusiness contains several new features:

  • Cash flow manager graphically depicts actual cash flow for each account and allows users to "drill down" into daily historical data.

  • Internal product linking lets the financial institution's business customer seamlessly link from one system function to any of the institution's other product and service areas. This streamlines the customer's Internet session and provides the financial institution another way to selectively market bank products and services to commercial customers.

  • Cash concentration allows end users the ability to draw and transfer funds from accounts at multiple financial institutions.
"We believe this latest release provides nBusiness strong advantages that are unequalled in the Internet banking marketplace," said Tripp Rackley, chairman and CEO of nFront. "Internet banking gives businesses unlimited access to up-to-date account and product information. With these upgrades, financial institutions can make Internet banking even more compelling and convenient for their business customers."

nFront enables small-to-medium financial institutions to provide commercial and retail customers access to the bank's products and services via the Internet. With nFront's nBusiness integrated suite of business services, financial institutions can provide their business customers a complete Web-based financial center for their cash management needs. For example, a business could access its account information online to view its cash position, disburse funds, stop payments, draft customers, and pay employees.
