ATLANTA, GA (May 13, 1999)---BancTec (NYSE:BTC) announced today that it is teaming with nFront, Inc., the leading provider of full-service Internet banking solutions for community banks and winner of Microsoft's Best Internet Banking Solution Award, as its exclusive Internet banking solution provider for BancTec's Data Center clients and Premium Preferred Partner for customers of BancTec's in-house banking solutions. Under the terms of the agreement, BancTec will assist in marketing nFront's retail Internet banking product, nHomeSM as well as its Internet-based cash management solution, nBusinessSM to its more than 1,000 clients.
